Don t worry the Customer Service France team will handle the entire process to get it to you as quickly as possible, including processing your application form (printed or submitted online at airtotal.com or total.fr), checking the supporting documents, etc. The same procedure is used for everyone, from indi- vidual pilots to flying clubs and businesses. We handle all the work so all you have to do is sit back and prepare for takeoff!

Consistently proactive and vigilant, the eagle- eyed customer service team ensures you get the products you need, and tracks your billing information quickly and reliably. As soon as you use your AIR TOTAL card at a kiosk, all of your transactions are sent direct- ly by computer to Customer Service, which reviews every detail with a fine-toothed comb to catch any potential anomalies. A data input error or a defective card, for example, can lead to billing problems and delays. Says Sylvaine Savidan, If a kiosk doesn t transmit any data for more than seven days, I check to make sure the transaction reporting function is working correctly.
