Sebastian Gibrand has worked at many starred restaurants in Sweden, including Oaxen Krog** and Frantzén***. He is also the former captain of Sweden s culinary team with who he achieved a place on the podium twice. In December 2019, he was chosen to organise the banquet for the Nobel Prize. He won the Bocuse d Argent 2019 and Bocuse d Argent Europe in 2018 and 2020. Winning the Bocuse d Or this year would be a dream come true and enable him to deliver on a promise he made to his mother.
