Artur Kazaritski s culinary career has taken him to many countries around the globe. He has worked as a commis and chef in several 2 and 3-star establishments, such as San Domenico in Imola, Italy, and Edition Koji Shimomura in Tokyo, Japan. In 2015, he joined the restaurant Geranium*** in Copenhagen, Denmark, where he was promoted to sous-chef in 2018.
