Faiçal has a diploma from Mohammedia Catering School in Morocco and a diploma in Culinary Arts from EPCIME in France. He has represented Morocco in many international cooking events: Dubai World Hospitality Championship, Gault et Millau Morrocco, and recently took part in Top Chef Arab World . Inspired by Moroccan traditional cuisine and local products, he founded Take to Marrakech , an event catering company. He is also associated with Azalai Urban Souk, which has been awarded the Modern Moroccan Bistro distinction by Condé Nast Traveller US.
