After completing his training in Culinary Arts and International Gastronomy at the Institute of Arts and Science, Luis Ubeira began his career working as a chef at the Deli restaurant and Mirador Interactive Museum (MIM). He then worked for Aramark at the Las Condes Clinic, where he concocted culinary preparations for patients with special dietary requirements. Luis has also represented his country in several cooking contests. Today, he is an executive chef at Senior Suites BGS where he is in charge of menus for the clinics and hospitality projects.
